About UCL Asiatic Affairs
UCL Asiatic Affairs is a student-run publication and society covering current affairs across Asia — long-form and short-form articles, the Asia in Brief newsletter, weekly quizzes, panel events with partner societies, and a weekly Country Spotlight.
We're run entirely by students, handed down to a new committee each year, and we aim to give every part of Asia — East, Southeast, South, Central and West — an equal voice in how the region is discussed at UCL.
Our story
A UCL Students' Union society publishing on Asian affairs since 2020 — writers, editors, and a committee that changes every year, united by an interest in the region and its place in the world.
